About the Tehama County Transportation Commission

The Tehama County Transportation Commission (TCTC) serves as the Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA) for Tehama County and is responsible for area-wide transportation planning, funding administration, and coordination of transportation programs throughout the region.

Working in partnership with local agencies, community stakeholders, and transportation providers, TCTC helps guide investments that support safe, efficient, and reliable mobility while ensuring compliance with state and federal transportation requirements.

Established under Section 29535 of the California Government Code, the Commission plays a vital role in shaping transportation priorities and allocating transportation resources that benefit communities across Tehama County.
