Commission Staff

The Transportation Commission is composed of three (3) members appointed by the Tehama County Board of Supervisors, one (1) member from the City Council of Corning, Red Bluff and Tehama, to be appointed by the City Council they represent, for a total membership of six (6) appointed officials.

Bylaws

The Tehama County Transportation Commission is intended to act as the lead planning and administrative agency for transportation projects and programs in Tehama County. It is the duty of the Commission to establish rules and regulations to provide for administrating transportation planning and allocating the local transportation fund in accordance with the applicable sections of the Government Code (GC Sections 29530 et. seq), Public Utilities Code (PUC Sections 99200 et. esq.) and California code of Regulations (CCR Sections 6600 et. esq.).
